Crashout 1

Due to the high stakes of running a Michelin level kitchen, and how even one or two mistakes could have severe reprecussions, as standards need to be top notch. It was not uncommon to see Marco Pierre White raging when standards where not being met. In this particular instance, Marco can be wrecking havick in the kitchen after a subpar dinner service that night.

Crashout 2

In this image, we can see Marco yelling at one of the lower ranked cooks in his kitchen. This is after the cook had likely failed to meet one of Marcos standards either by putting up a dish that wasn’t executed up to standards or was overall performing poor that nighht, and was up on the chopping block. However occurances like this where no rarity, and were almost daily occurances. In fact, Gordan Ramsay (The chef known for crashout) had cried after being the target of one of Marco Pierre Whites crashout.

Post Service Contemplation

This is an image taken after one of Marco Pierre Whites 18 hour shifts at his

working conditions were by no means easy, and it wasn’t rare to

see him work 20+ hours a day, in order to win up his 3 Michelin stars.

Here He can be seen contemplating his life choices in becoming a chef.

Happy Days

In the book, it was stated, that outside of service and prep, Marco Pierre White was like any other friend that you have. He had a lighthearted personality, and enjoyed pulling jokes and pranks on his fellow chefs.
